Channa dhal ~ Dhania Podi

This podi can be used in all Stirfry recipes for additional crispness, taste & flavor.

Storage ~ Stock

Equipment ~ Dry grinding mixie jar - Small jar

Ingredients
  1. Channa dhal - 1/4 cup
  2. Dhania - 1/4 cup
  3. Red chillies - 6 to 7
Method
  1. Dry roast channa dhal, dhania, red chillies separately; allow to cool.
  2. Grind to a smooth powder in a mixie; allow to cool.
  3. Transfer contents to a dry, air tight container.
NOTE
  • Always use a dry spoon.
