Paanakam

Serves: 2


Ingredients
  1. Lemon juice - 2 to 3 tbsp
  2. Thick jaggery syrup - 3 to 5 tbsp
  3. Dry ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Water - 2 cups
  6. Salt - pinch
For garnishing
  1. Mint leaves - 5 to 6
  2. Lemon wedge - 1
Method
  1. Mix all ingredients and stir well.
  2. Strain using a plastic strainer with netted cloth.
  3. Serve chilled garnished with a lemon wedge & few mint leaves.
