Ingredients
- Lemon juice - 2 to 3 tbsp
- Thick jaggery syrup - 3 to 5 tbsp
- Dry ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 2 cups
- Salt - pinch
- Mint leaves - 5 to 6
- Lemon wedge - 1
- Mix all ingredients and stir well.
- Strain using a plastic strainer with netted cloth.
- Serve chilled garnished with a lemon wedge & few mint leaves.
