Ingredients
- Milk - 1.5 cups
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom (crushed) - 2
- Cloves (crushed) - 4
- Cinnamon stick (crushed) - 1/4 inch piece
- Dry ginger powder - 2 pinches
- Whole black peppercorns (crushed) - 6 no's
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Heat milk in a sauce pan on low flame, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Bring to boil & switch off gas.
- Strain & serve either hot or Luke warm.
