Masala Milk

A very soothing & relaxing drink. Do not miss to sip it everyday before bed time!

Prep Time: 10 min

Serves: 2


Ingredients
  1. Milk - 1.5 cups
  2. Water - 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom (crushed) - 2
  4. Cloves (crushed) - 4
  5. Cinnamon stick (crushed) - 1/4 inch piece
  6. Dry ginger powder - 2 pinches
  7. Whole black peppercorns (crushed) - 6 no's
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Sugar - 3 tsp
Method
  1. Heat milk in a sauce pan on low flame, add all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Bring to boil & switch off gas.
  3. Strain & serve either hot or Luke warm.
