Ingredients - Watermelon (deseeded & cubed) - 2 cups
- Lemon juice - juice of half lemon
- Sugar - 6 tsp (or) to taste
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method - Blend all ingredients together in a blender / mixie / food processor.
- Adjust ingredients according to taste.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
NOTE - Can substitute sugar with honey if preferred.
- If you are not supposed to use sugar / honey, then you could substitute with any other artificial sweeteners available at the local provision stores.

Ingredients - Watermelon (deseeded & diced) - 3 cups
- Strawberries (sliced) - 8 to 10
- Sugar (or) Honey - to taste
- Fresh mint leaves - 15 to 20
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method - Wash watermelon & wipe with a clean, dry cloth.
- Cut, deseed & dice them; set aside.
- Discard stem leaves of strawberry; wash; pat dry & slice them roughly.
- Separate mint leaves from stem.
- Soak in water for about 5 to 7 min.
- Gather all leaves; wash again for about 2 to 3 times; squeeze out excess water.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Garnish with mint leaves or strawberries.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.

Ingredients - Sapota (Chikku) - 2 medium sized
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - to taste
Method - Wash & peel sapota.
- Blend in a mixie/blender along with half cup milk & honey.
- Add rest of the milk & blend well.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.

Yields: approx 2 liters
Ingredients - Dark brown sugar - 1/4 cup
- White sugar - 3/4 cup
- Fresh grated ginger - 1 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves - 1/2 cup
- Water - 1 cup + 2 cups + 8 cups
- Lemon juice - 1 cup (or) juice of 8 to 9 medium sized lemons
- Salt - 1 tsp (or) to taste
Method - Heat a cup of water in low flame; add brown sugar & sugar; stir until both the sugars are completely dissolved; switch off gas; strain; cover with lid & set aside to cool.
- Bring two cups of water to boil, add fresh grated ginger, fresh mint leaves; cover with lid & set aside for 20 min; strain; cover with lid & set aside to cool; discard ginger & mint leaves.
- Extract juice from eight to nine lemons, strain; cover with lid & set aside.
- Take a water jug/large vessel along with eight cups of water; add a cup of strained lemon juice, strained & cooled ginger-mint extract; strained sugar syrup, salt & stir well.
- Adjust salt, sugar & lemon juice according to taste.
- Store in plastic fridge bottles & refrigerate.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
NOTE - Can also exclude dark brown sugar & use only ordinary white sugar for the recipe
- Can also serve along with a dash of chaat masala / roasted cumin powder / black salt.
- Can also replace sugar with similar measure of honey.
- For those who are calorie conscious, replace sugar with any other artificial sweetener.
