Step by Step Demo ~ How to store Coriander Leaves?

Discard roots of the coriander bunch.

Separate the leaves from the stem & discard stale from the fresh.

Spread fresh leaves in a wide plate, allow to dry for about 15 min; ensure that there are no traces of water.

Spread a clean, dry handkerchief as shown above & pile up the fresh leaves on it.

Bring together all the four corners, wrap them up.

Store in an air tight container.

Seal with lid.

Refrigerate, wash & use whilst cooking.

NOTE
  • This method of storage retains the flavor & aroma of the leaves for about a WEEK.
