Strawberry Smoothie

Prep Time: 10 min
Serves: 2

Ingredients
  1. Strawberries - 6
  2. Skimmed milk / Whole milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Thick yogurt - 3/4 cup
  4. Sugar - 5 tbsp
  5. Salt - 1/4 tsp
For Garnishing
  1. Strawberry slices - 2
  2. Whole strawberry with stalk - 1
To prepare smoothie
  1. Remove stalks, wash strawberries & pat dry.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender & blend well.
  3. Garnish & serve.
To garnish
  1. Remove stalk & slice a strawberry in to thin rounds.
  2. Do a partial vertical slit from the bottom of the whole strawberry & just hang it on the side of the serving glass.
