Moong Sprouts

Serves: 2


Ingredients
  1. Fresh sprouted whole moong dhal - 1 cup
  2. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  4. Onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup
  5. Tomato (chopped) - 1/4 cup
  6. Cucumber (grated) - 1/4 cup
  7. Salt - to taste
Method
  1. Heat a kadai in medium flame; add the sprouted moong dhal.
  2. Saute them constantly for about five minutes & not more as the dhal gets too hardened to chew.
  3. Turn off the heat until soft yet crisp.
  4. Add all the vegetables one by one.
  5. Sprinkle salt & black pepper; mix well and serve hot.
