Banana Chocolate Milkshake

Prep Time: 15 min
Serves: 2 to 3

Ingredients
  1. Bananas - 3 small sized
  2. Whole milk / Skimmed milk - 2 cups
  3. Bournvita / Boost / Maltova - 4 tsp
  4. Almonds (powdered) - 8
  5. Cashew nuts (powdered) - 8
  6. Sugar - 6 tsp
  7. Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method
  1. Dry grind almonds & cashew nuts together to a fine powder in a mixie; set aside.
  2. Peel & slice bananas; transfer contents to a blender / mixie.
  3. Add sugar, salt, boost, milk, almond & cashew powder; blend until smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.
NOTE
  • Can also substitute sugar with dates or honey.
