Serves: 2 to 3
- Bananas - 3 small sized
- Whole milk / Skimmed milk - 2 cups
- Bournvita / Boost / Maltova - 4 tsp
- Almonds (powdered) - 8
- Cashew nuts (powdered) - 8
- Sugar - 6 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Dry grind almonds & cashew nuts together to a fine powder in a mixie; set aside.
- Peel & slice bananas; transfer contents to a blender / mixie.
- Add sugar, salt, boost, milk, almond & cashew powder; blend until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
- Can also substitute sugar with dates or honey.
