Equipment ~ Dry grinding mixie jar - Small jar
- Channa dhal - 1/4 cup
- Dhania - 1/4 cup
- Red chillies - 6 to 7
- Dry roast channa dhal, dhania, red chillies separately; allow to cool.
- Grind to a smooth powder in a mixie; allow to cool.
- Transfer contents to a dry, air tight container.
- Always use a dry spoon.
