- Hold knife flat in your right hand over an olive.
- Press knife firmly on the olive with the support of your left wrist so that the seed pops out.
- Hold an olive in your left hand on the vegetable cutter.
- Make a small vertical slit with a sharp knife on the middle portion.
- Pull out the slit portion and remove seed.
- Hold an olive in between your index finger & the thumb.
- Squeeze gently & firmly so that the seed pops out.
