Ingredients
- Jaggery - 1/2 kg
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Crush jaggery to bits & pieces.
- Add jaggery pieces and water to a kadai.
- Heat until all the jaggery is completely dissolved.
- Strain to remove impurities.
- Cool & store in a food grade plastic container.
- Refrigerate for further use.
- Strain the jaggery when it's medium hot; else it becomes too thick to strain.
- Use a plastic strainer along with netted cloth for best results.
