- Watermelon (deseeded & cubed) - 2 cups
- Lemon juice - juice of half lemon
- Sugar - 6 tsp (or) to taste
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender / mixie / food processor.
- Adjust ingredients according to taste.
- Serve either chilled or at room temperature.
- Can substitute sugar with honey if preferred.
- If you are not supposed to use sugar / honey, then you could substitute with any other artificial sweeteners available at the local provision stores.
