Grinding Equipment - Dry grinding mixie jar - Small jar
If preferred a hot recipe, then follow this;
Ingredients
- Dhania powder - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder - 4 cups
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 cup
- Wash mixie jar & wipe until no traces of water; place it under the fan to dry immediately.
- Dry roast fenugreek seeds in low flame stir frying carefully and patiently until they turn golden brown & start to splutter.
- Similarly dry roast the mustard seeds; set aside & allow to cool.
- Grind both to a fine powder in the mixie.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store in a dry air tight food grade plastic containers / Tupperware for further use.

- Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 cup
- Same as mentioned above.
- Always use a dry spoon.
